Digging Out - January 18, 2007

I have to go to a doctor's appointment in Pueblo tomorrow, so we shoveled snow to see if we could get the Toyota out tonight. We finally freed it from the drift, but it was a struggle getting it up the hill. We decided that I will have to leave very early in the morning so that we can work together to get the car out. Once we get it onto the road, I think it will be o.k. I drove to Colorado Springs for a meeting today (in a car from work) and the main roads seem to be fine.

The dogs found the whole process greatly entertaining.

About two hours to dig out the car. There was ice underneath. It's supposed to snow again tomorrow. Would you take some? Please?????

That's a lot of snow. We've had ice, but are supposed to get snow this weekend. Hopefully not that much!

The amount of snow is unbelievable. I'm happy we don't have winter this year :) But I must admit, it looks great on pictures.

Wow! Be careful with not to put your back out shoveling all that snow. The snow is beautiful, though!!
